2、,4,4,_三苯二醚四甲酸二酐(4,4'-HQDPA)為二酐單體,鄰苯二甲酸酐為封端荊,與4,4r_二氨基二苯醚(4,4'-ODA)進(jìn)行無(wú)規(guī)共聚。通過(guò)改變二酐的比例,用兩步法制備了一系列熱塑性共聚酰亞胺粉料,并對(duì)其熱性能、溶解性能、熔體性能等進(jìn)行了表征,與均聚酰亞胺進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,聚合物均具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性,熱分解5%的溫度在空氣中為500~521qC,在氮?dú)庵袨?07~538~C;隨著3,3'-HQDPA含量的增加,玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度()由223~(2升高至257~(3,溶解性也逐漸提高。與均聚物相比,共聚物的熔體流動(dòng)性有了
