2、并提出其分離機(jī)制主要是由不同導(dǎo)電屬性和電子結(jié)構(gòu)的SWCN"Is與凝膠填料之間作用力的差異所導(dǎo)致的.基于凝膠柱色譜分離技術(shù),本文重點(diǎn)考察了超聲時間對單壁碳納米管單分散以及金屬型/半導(dǎo)體型SWCNTs分離的影響.在~定的低超聲功率下,適當(dāng)增加超聲時間有利于SWCNTs在十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)溶液中的單分散.紫外一可見.~_E#b(uv-vis—NIR)吸收光譜、拉曼(Raman)光譜和熒光(PL)光譜表征結(jié)果表明,2h的超聲條件是獲得高純度的金屬型以及不同直徑分布的半導(dǎo)體型SWCNTs的最優(yōu)條件.我們認(rèn)為不同超聲時間對SWCNTs分離的影響
