2、態(tài)參數(shù);基于有限元分析模型,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn),分析儀表板橫梁圓管梁厚度和外徑、前上支架厚度等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)振動(dòng)特性的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,圓管梁厚度是最關(guān)鍵的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),前上支架與車身連接點(diǎn)位置以及前上支架厚度和H型支架厚度對(duì)橫梁總成振動(dòng)性能也有明顯的影響。根據(jù)分析所得的影響規(guī)律,以橫梁三個(gè)零件厚度為設(shè)計(jì)變量,在Optistruct中建立數(shù)學(xué)模型并對(duì)橫梁總成進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,使得儀表板橫梁系統(tǒng)重量、固有頻率和剛度之間達(dá)到了較好的平衡,改善了儀表板橫梁總成振動(dòng)特性。關(guān)鍵詞:儀表板橫梁;模態(tài)分析;正交試驗(yàn);結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化中圖分類號(hào):U463.83+7文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A
