2、護(hù)條件試塊同步實(shí)測(cè)箱梁混凝土早齡期力學(xué)性能。根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果,采用有限元軟件MIDAS建立相應(yīng)梁段的時(shí)變模型,研究箱梁混凝土水化熱溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的發(fā)展規(guī)律,并對(duì)拆模時(shí)間進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析。結(jié)果表明:大跨PC箱梁在施工期間會(huì)產(chǎn)生持續(xù)1周的水化熱,在前1~2d內(nèi)達(dá)到峰值溫度,此時(shí)箱梁腹板表面混凝土處于拉應(yīng)力狀態(tài),后續(xù)降溫過(guò)程則內(nèi)部受拉,如內(nèi)外溫差過(guò)大容易出現(xiàn)內(nèi)外貫通的溫致裂縫??蓛?yōu)化混凝土配合比,控制水泥用量,并摻入適量粉煤灰,以降低高強(qiáng)混凝土的水化熱。建議大跨PC箱梁橋從水化熱控制的角度合理確定拆模時(shí)間,在正常天氣情況下應(yīng)控制拆模時(shí)間不少于4d。關(guān)鍵詞:箱梁橋;預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu);大體積混
