2、膜厚和溫度的影響。結(jié)果表明:考慮時變效應(yīng)時水基磁流體的潤滑膜的膜厚、壓力和溫度發(fā)生了明顯變化,故在實際中不能用穩(wěn)態(tài)解代替時變解;單個粗糙峰的存在,引起了水基磁流體潤滑膜的局部最高壓力峰和溫度峰,由于局部壓力峰的存在,使單個粗糙峰被迫壓平,膜厚減小;隨著速度的增加,水基磁流體潤滑膜的壓力峰減小,膜厚增大,溫度增大;隨著載荷的增加,水基磁流體潤滑膜的壓力峰增大,膜厚減小,溫度增大。關(guān)鍵詞:水基磁流體;滑動軸承;單粗糙峰;時變效應(yīng);彈流潤滑中圖分類號:TH117.2文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:0254—0150(201
