1、第5期機械設(shè)計與制造2013年5月MachineryDesign&Manufacture149指數(shù)率非牛頓水基磁流體熱彈流潤滑分析史修江,王優(yōu)強(青島理工大學(xué)機械工程學(xué)院,山東青島266033)摘要:利用考慮熱、磁場和非牛頓效應(yīng)的雷諾方程,并且采用多重網(wǎng)格法和多重網(wǎng)格積分法,對指數(shù)率非牛頓水基磁流體滑動軸承進行熱彈流潤滑分析。探討了非牛頓流體指數(shù)、磁場強度、滑滾比和曲率半徑對水基磁流體彈流潤滑膜膜厚和壓力的影響。結(jié)果表明:在水基磁流體潤滑的條件下,水基磁流體潤滑膜厚隨著指數(shù)的增加而減小,壓力隨著指數(shù)的增加的變化不明顯;隨著磁場強度和滑動軸承
