1、第59卷第4期汽輪機(jī)技術(shù)Vol.59No.42017年8月TURBINETECHNOLOGYAug.2017三塔合一間接空冷塔結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究趙文升,郭浩,宋百川(華北電力大學(xué)電站設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與控制教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,保定071003)摘要:建立了600MW三塔合一間接空冷塔的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過數(shù)值模擬探究結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對熱力性能的影響規(guī)律,并以進(jìn)塔風(fēng)量和出塔水溫為評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),獲得了最優(yōu)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著出口直徑或喉部直徑的增大,熱力性能先增強(qiáng)后減弱;無風(fēng)工況下,隨著喉部高度的增大,熱力性能先增強(qiáng)后減弱,
2、4m/s工況與之相反;隨著塔高度的增大,熱力性能持續(xù)增強(qiáng);隨著排煙高度或煙囪直徑的改變,熱力性能的變化并不大;隨著脫硫塔直徑的增大,熱力性能繼續(xù)減弱;當(dāng)出口直徑與零米直徑的比值R1/R2=0.8~0.85,喉部直徑與零米直徑的比值R0/R2=0.6~0.65時(shí),空冷塔熱力性能最優(yōu)。關(guān)鍵詞:三塔合一;間接空冷塔;結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù);熱力性能;進(jìn)塔風(fēng)量;出塔水溫分類號(hào):TK264文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001-5884(2017)04-0257-04StructrueOptimizationforanIndir
