1、·22·中藥與臨床砌口刪口鈔andClinicsofChineseMateriaMedica2013;4(5)·藥理毒理·不同雄黃樣品對S180實(shí)體瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的實(shí)驗研究廖晴,鄧放,吉瑯,呂維,吳戀,萬麗[摘要]目的:研究不同雄黃樣品對小鼠s。。。實(shí)體瘤抑制作用的強(qiáng)弱。方法:建立移植瘤小鼠s。。。實(shí)體瘤模型,觀察雄黃高、較高、中、較低、低劑量(8,4,2,1,0.5g·kg。1)連續(xù)給藥10d對荷瘤小鼠腫瘤的抑制率及對免疫器官的影響;篩選出合適的給藥劑量后,再觀察不同雄黃樣品對腫瘤的抑制率及對免疫器官的影響。
2、結(jié)果:雄黃高、較高、中、較低、低劑量組抑瘤率分別為45.97%、44.35%、39.2%、33.06%、19.35%,高、中劑量組胸腺指數(shù)顯著低于對照組(P<0.05);XH-01、XH-02、XH-03、XH-04、xH一05組的抑瘤率分別為24.58%、18.64%、27.12%、29.66%、14.41%,其中XH.01、XH一03、XH一04組可顯著抑制Sis0實(shí)體瘤的生長(P<0.05),XH.04組對小鼠的免疫功能影響最為明顯。結(jié)論:各雄黃樣品對小鼠S180實(shí)體瘤均有抑制作用,呈劑量依賴關(guān)系,且抑瘤
