2、組,CMCLnr再分別分為30rag/kg、60ms/kg、90mg/kg三個不同的劑量組腹腔給藥,然后觀察不同實驗組對S180小鼠移植瘤生長的影響。結(jié)果各組小鼠移植瘤接種成活率均為100%。CMCLnr各劑量組腫瘤出現(xiàn)時間均晚于陰性對照組(P<0.05),實驗各組腫瘤瘤重均小于陰性對照組,腫瘤抑制率DDP、CMCLnr(30mg/kg、60ms/kg、90mg/kg)分別為81.23%、63.09%、65.44%、66.06%,與陰性對照組比較。差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.001),且無明顯劑量依賴性;CMCLnr各組的小鼠體重增加均大于生理
