1、石油化工·624·PETROCHEMICALTECHN0LOGY2011年第40卷第6期;i精細(xì)化"1-i/氣對(duì)叔丁基苯酚羥基化反應(yīng)的研究趙亮亮,楊元法,李艷妮,劉蘭香,朱玉梅(浙江師范大學(xué)物理化學(xué)研究所浙江省固體表面反應(yīng)化學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,浙江金華321004)[摘要]采用Fe(OH)3+有機(jī)絡(luò)合劑+H2O2系統(tǒng),對(duì)羥基化法由對(duì)叔丁基苯酚(P,rBP)制備對(duì)叔丁基鄰苯二酚(4一TBC)的反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究。探討了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、催化劑用量、n(H2O2):n(PTBP)、溶劑類型等因素對(duì)反應(yīng)的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,溶劑類型和n(H2O2):n(PTBP
2、)對(duì)催化劑的活性影響較大。在PTBP0.80g、n(H2O2):n(P,rBP)=1.0、乙腈水溶液(乙腈與水體積比2:1)30mL、Fe(OH)0.05g、鄰苯二酚0.05g、反應(yīng)溫度55℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間60min的條件下,PTBP轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)18.5%,4一TBC選擇性達(dá)89.2%。對(duì)反應(yīng)機(jī)理的探索表明,F(xiàn)e+H2O2系統(tǒng)中的羥基自由基(·OH)不能對(duì)PTBP進(jìn)行羥基化反應(yīng);Fe“+有機(jī)絡(luò)合劑+HO系統(tǒng)中以活性鐵氧絡(luò)合物為氧化劑,與有機(jī)酚類反應(yīng)物有良好的反應(yīng)親和力,能順利完成PTBP的羥基化反應(yīng)。[關(guān)鍵詞]對(duì)叔丁基鄰苯二酚;羥基化催化劑;對(duì)叔丁基苯酚
