1、石油化工2012年第41卷第6期PET'ROq(.'I-IEMICALTECHN0LOGY新型離子液體型固體酸的合成及其在酯化反應(yīng)中的應(yīng)用李工,徐小軍,徐恒,吳非克,佟惠娟(常州大學(xué)石油化工學(xué)院,江蘇常州213164)[摘要]利用環(huán)己亞胺、1,3一丙烷磺酸內(nèi)酯和Keggin型雜多酸合成了兩種新型離子液體型固體酸1一(3一磺丙基)環(huán)己亞胺十二磷鎢酸鹽([HMIPS]PW12O4。)和1一(3一磺丙基)環(huán)己亞胺十二磷鉬酸鹽([HMIPS]3PMol200),采用HNMR,PNMR,F(xiàn)TIR,TG等方法對(duì)反應(yīng)中間體和產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。表征結(jié)果顯示,所合成的[HM
2、IPS]3PW2Oo和[HMIPS]PMo。O。是含Br6nsted酸l的離子液體型固體酸,在室溫下均為固體,能溶于水,其熔點(diǎn)分別為175.4oC和182.3℃。在酯化反應(yīng)中,[HMIPS]PW.O。和[HMIPS]3PMol2O4o是一類反應(yīng)控制自分離催化劑。以[HMIPS]3PW。O。為催化劑,在(乙酸):n(環(huán)己醇)=5:1、反應(yīng)溫度90和反應(yīng)時(shí)間2.0h的條件下,環(huán)己醇的轉(zhuǎn)化率和乙酸環(huán)己酯的選擇性分別為96_31%和99.26%;在(檸檬酸):n(正丁醇)=1:5、反應(yīng)溫度120℃和反應(yīng)時(shí)間3.0h的條件下,檸檬酸的轉(zhuǎn)化率和檸檬酸三丁酯的選擇性分
