1、第40卷第4期淡水漁業(yè)2010年7月Ve1.40No.4FreshwaterFisheriesJu1.2010嗜水氣單胞菌源黃鱔出血病的組織病理學研究何智,任紅梅,楊德英,楊光友,邊堯,王(1.四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學動物科技學院,四川雅安625014;2.四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學動物醫(yī)學院,四川雅安625014)摘要:應用組織學方法研究了分離自患出血病黃鱔(Monopterusalbus)體內(nèi)的嗜水氣單胞菌Aermonashydrophila)人工感染健康黃鱔后引起的組織病理學變化。結(jié)果顯示:健康黃鱔感染嗜水氣單胞菌后發(fā)病呈急性過程,感染后15~33h為發(fā)病死亡高峰期。黃鱔人工感染后出現(xiàn)的臨床癥狀與自然發(fā)病病例
2、相似,主要表現(xiàn):體表出現(xiàn)出血斑、肛門紅腫、腹腔充血以及各實質(zhì)性器官出血、充血。人工感染黃鱔的肝臟、脾臟和腎臟的病理變化明顯:肝臟出現(xiàn)廣泛的充血、出血,肝細胞出現(xiàn)空泡變性、壞死;腎臟腎小管上皮的腫脹、結(jié)構(gòu)的消失,腎小球出血、變性壞死;脾臟充血、出血;腸粘膜上皮脫落,基底膜排列紊亂,大量出血。結(jié)果表明,嗜水氣單胞菌感染黃鱔后的病理變化主要表現(xiàn)為肝臟、腎臟等實質(zhì)性器官充血、出血,及廣泛的組織細胞變性和壞死。關(guān)鍵詞:黃鱔(Monopterusalbus);嗜水氣單胞菌Aermonashydrophila);人工感染;組織病理學中圖分類號:s941.41+1文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1000-6907
