2、所,北京100081摘要:以19個綠豆品種(系)為親本,采用非完全雙列雜交試驗設計及混合線性模型,研究綠豆主要農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳規(guī)律及其性狀問的相互關系。結果表明,綠豆全生育日數(shù)、株高、主莖節(jié)數(shù)和百粒重均以加性效應為主,狹義遺傳率較高且達極顯著水平;單株莢數(shù)、單株產(chǎn)量和總產(chǎn)量的加性效應和顯性效應均顯著或極顯著,狹義遺傳率相對較低;單莢粒數(shù)主要受顯性效應影響,廣義遺傳率較高;播種至開花天數(shù)與株高問存在顯著或極顯著遺傳和表型正相關;單株莢數(shù)、單莢粒數(shù)與百粒重顯著或極顯著負相關;單株莢數(shù)與單株產(chǎn)量、總產(chǎn)量顯著或極顯著正相關;百粒重
