2、031,2中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院作物科學(xué)研究所,北京100081摘要:以19個(gè)綠豆品種(系)為親本,采用非完全雙列雜交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)及混合線性模型,研究綠豆主要農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳規(guī)律及其性狀間的相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,綠豆全生育日數(shù)、株高、主莖節(jié)數(shù)和百粒重均以加性效應(yīng)為主,狹義遺傳率較高且達(dá)極顯著水平;單株莢數(shù)、單株產(chǎn)量和總產(chǎn)量的加性效應(yīng)和顯性效應(yīng)均顯著或極顯著,狹義遺傳率相對(duì)較低;單莢粒數(shù)主要受顯性效應(yīng)影響,廣義遺傳率較高;播種至開(kāi)花天數(shù)與株高間存在顯著或極顯著遺傳和表型正相關(guān);單株莢數(shù)、單莢粒數(shù)與百粒重顯著或極顯著負(fù)相關(guān);單株莢
