2、的方法,每個(gè)品種設(shè)4個(gè)處理組(即每Kg土壤分別施單質(zhì)硫0、0.02、0.04、0.06,即S1、S2、S3、S4)。采用酶.重量法測(cè)定不同大豆品種籽??偵攀忱w維的含量。結(jié)果表明:同一品種不同處理大豆總膳食纖維含量,HN48和HN37在S3處理含量最高,HN44在S2處理含量最高;同一處理不同品種間大豆總膳食纖維含量,在4個(gè)施硫條件下均表現(xiàn)出HN48含量最高,其次是HN37和HN44;在不同品種不同處理中,大豆總膳食纖維含量峰值出現(xiàn)在HN37的S3水平下。施硫?qū)?個(gè)大豆品種膳食纖維含量有影響,合理適量的施硫可有效提高大豆籽粒膳食纖維的含量。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆籽粒
