2、豌豆蚜生物學(xué)特性的影響,本研究將2種不同色型豌豆蚜的初生若蚜經(jīng)過40WUV-B波段紫外線每日照射30min,在3種溫度梯度(16℃、20℃、24℃)和2種苜蓿品種“甘農(nóng)3號(hào)”和“甘農(nóng)5號(hào)”條件下,在人工氣候箱中單頭飼養(yǎng),測(cè)定各個(gè)處理豌豆蚜的發(fā)育歷期、體質(zhì)量差和相對(duì)日均體質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率等生物學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果顯示:在“甘農(nóng)3號(hào)”上,16℃時(shí),在UV-B輻射對(duì)2種色型豌豆蚜的發(fā)育歷期、體質(zhì)量差和日均體質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率均無顯著影響(P>O.05);在2O℃時(shí),UV-B輻射下紅色型豌豆蚜的發(fā)育歷期顯著延長(zhǎng)(尸<0.o5
3、),相對(duì)日均體質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率也顯著減少(P0.05);而在24℃時(shí),UV-B輻射下綠色型豌豆蚜的發(fā)育歷期顯著延長(zhǎng)(尸<0.O5),體質(zhì)量差和相對(duì)日均體質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率也顯著減少(P<0.05)。在“甘農(nóng)5號(hào)”上,在16℃時(shí),UV-B輻射下紅色型豌豆蚜的發(fā)育歷期顯著延長(zhǎng)<0.05),體質(zhì)量差和相對(duì)日均體質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率也顯著減少(P<0.05);在20℃和24℃時(shí),UV-B輻射綠色型豌豆蚜的發(fā)育歷期顯著延長(zhǎng)(P<0.05),體質(zhì)量差和相對(duì)日均體質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率也顯著減少(P<0.0
