2、(3):364—367石山巴豆與毛果巴豆葉中揮發(fā)油成分分析寧德生,蔣麗華,呂仕洪,劉金磊,蔣小華,潘爭(zhēng)紅¨(1.薯廣西植物研究所廣西植物功能物質(zhì)研究與利用重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,廣西桂林541006;2.廣西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué),南寧530001)摘要:采用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取石山巴豆和毛果巴豆葉中的揮發(fā)油,利用GC-MS聯(lián)用儀對(duì)其化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行分析和鑒定,以歸一化法計(jì)算各個(gè)化學(xué)成分的相對(duì)含量。結(jié)果表明:從石山巴豆葉鑒定出39種化合物,占總量的95.96,主要成分是曠松油醇(17.57)、桉樹(shù)醇(11.13)、乙酸松油酯(9.O7)、倍半水芹烯(8.52)等;從毛果巴豆葉鑒定出55種化合物
