2、205摘要:由豌豆白粉菌引起的白粉病是豌豆生產(chǎn)上的重要病害,利用抗病品種是防治該病害最經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的方法。本研究在控制條件下苗期接種鑒定了396份豌豆資源對(duì)2個(gè)不同地理來(lái)源的豌豆白粉病菌分離物EPBJ和EPYN的抗性,用4個(gè)與豌豆抗白粉病基因erl連鎖的SCAR標(biāo)記對(duì)66份免疫或抗病資源進(jìn)行標(biāo)記基因型鑒定。結(jié)果表明,在鑒定的396份資源中,有101份資源表現(xiàn)免疫或抗病,其中對(duì)分離物EPBJ和EPYN免疫的資源分別為59份(14.9%)和60份(15.2%),對(duì)2個(gè)分離物均免疫的資源有54份(13.6%);在鑒定的82份中國(guó)資源
3、中,有8份對(duì)2個(gè)分離物均表現(xiàn)免疫。分子標(biāo)記將66份免疫或抗病資源鑒定為13個(gè)標(biāo)記基因型,同一地理來(lái)源的抗性資源分屬不同的標(biāo)記基因型,其中8份來(lái)自中國(guó)云南的抗性資源分屬7個(gè)標(biāo)記基因型。研究表明,中國(guó)存在有效的豌豆白粉病抗源,抗性資源具有豐富的遺傳多樣性。關(guān)鍵詞:豌豆;白粉病;抗病基因;分子鑒定ScreeningandMolecularIdentificationofResistancetoPowderyMildewinPeaGermplasmWANGZhong—Yi,BAOShi—Ying2DUANCan.Xing1,,ZO
