1、第32卷第2期大豆科學V01.32No.22013正4月SOYBEANSCIENCEApr.2013污水灌溉對大豆幼苗生理生化特性和根際微生物功能類群的影響葛紅蓮,張福麗(刷口師范學院生命科學系,河南周口466001)摘要:為更加科學合理地利用污水灌溉農(nóng)田,分別以100%、50%、33.3%和25%的污水及全清水(CK)澆灌盆栽大豆,研究不同濃度的污水澆灌對大豆幼苗生理生化特性及根際微生物生理類群的影響。結果顯示:低濃度的污水可增加Ⅱ干‘綠素含量,激活SOD、CAT活性,促進硝化細菌、固氮菌和纖維素分
2、解菌的生長,抑制反硝化細菌和氨化細菌的生長;高濃度污水可顯著降低葉綠素含量和SOD、CAT活性,抑制硝化細菌、固氮菌和纖維素分解菌的生長,刺激反硝化細菌和氨化細菌的生長繁殖,促進MDA的積累和膜透性增加。多項指標以污水濃度為33.3%一50.0%時的增效作用最為明顯。關鍵詞:污水灌溉;大豆;生理生化特性;微生物功能類群中圖分類號:$565.1文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1000-9841(2013)02-0216-04EfectofSewageIrrigationonSomePhysiological-b
