2、學特性進行了-9.56-8.56-8.44研究。結果表明,其半數(shù)雞胚感染量(EID50)分別是0/0.2mL,10/0.2mL和10/0.2mL,對小白鼠的半-1.56-1.45-1.50數(shù)致死量(LD50)分別是10/0.1mL,10/0.1mL和10/0.1mL;它們的血凝素對熱不穩(wěn)定,能凝集1%馬、牛、驢、豬、綿羊、雞、兔、豚鼠、小白鼠及人O型血的紅細胞。這為了解河南豬群中流行的流感病毒奠定了基礎。關鍵詞:豬流感病毒;分離;鑒定;生物學特性+中圖分類號:S432.41文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1000-7091(2010)04-0107-04Isolation,Identificatio
