2、。【方法】采用室內(nèi)毒力測定、盆栽藥效試驗和小區(qū)藥效試驗,比較6種殺菌劑對打瓜根腐病的防治差異?!窘Y(jié)果】室內(nèi)毒力測定表明:乙蒜素對菌絲生長抑制效果最好,Ec∞值為31ms/L,其他依次為多菌靈、惡霉靈、苯甲·福美雙、枯草芽孢桿菌、三氯異氰尿酸。盆栽試驗表明:藥劑灌根的防治效果比藥劑拌種好,其中多菌靈灌根防治效果最好,防治效果為83.0%,其次是惡霉靈和苯甲·福美雙,防治效果分別為64.4%和60.2%。小區(qū)試驗表明:苯甲·福美雙防治效果較好,平均防效為46.4%,其次是多菌靈和惡霉靈,平均防效分別為45.3%和45.1%?!窘Y(jié)論】苯甲-福美雙
