1、中國(guó)大淑村選煤廠煤泥水沉降試驗(yàn)研究陳燁,涂亞楠2(1.北京海地人資源咨詢有限責(zé)任公司,北京100098;2.中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,北京100083)摘要:通過分析大淑村選煤廠煤泥水性質(zhì),說(shuō)明選煤廠溢流水含有大量極細(xì)粒黏土礦物,導(dǎo)致煤泥水沉降效果差,介耗增加,選煤生產(chǎn)無(wú)法正常運(yùn)行。針對(duì)以上問題,選煤廠選用聚合氯化鋁(PAC)為凝聚劑,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)為絮凝劑,研究了藥劑對(duì)煤泥水沉降效果的影響,確定了凝聚劑和絮凝劑的添加方式和最佳用量,并選用聚合氯化鋁鐵(PAFC)代替PAC進(jìn)行對(duì)照試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證PAC和
2、PAM藥劑組合的沉降效果。結(jié)果表明:隨著凝聚劑用量的增加,煤泥水澄清效果逐漸變好,煤泥壓縮效果變差;隨著絮凝劑用量的增加,煤泥水沉降速度增加,煤泥壓縮效果先增加后降低。PAC+PAM是大淑村選煤廠的最佳藥劑組合,PAM用量為500~700g/t,PAC用量為25~30kg/t時(shí),煤泥水沉降效果最好。試驗(yàn)對(duì)改進(jìn)大淑村選煤廠煤泥水沉降效果具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞:煤泥水;沉降試驗(yàn);凝聚劑;絮凝劑;沉降速度;壓縮中圖分類號(hào):TD946文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1006—6772(2013)05—0017~04Experime
