2、玉米生產(chǎn)的重要害蟲之一。本研究對(duì)通過對(duì)16SrRNAz以及wsp基因片斷的PCR擴(kuò)增,對(duì)我國(guó)桃蛀螟4個(gè)地理種群進(jìn)行了Wolbachia感染檢測(cè),并對(duì)感染個(gè)體中wsp基因片斷克隆測(cè)序,初步探究了我國(guó)桃蛀螟種群中Wolbachia的感染率和感染類群。研究結(jié)果表明我國(guó)4個(gè)桃蛀螟種群中Wolbachia感染率在2.O%~8.0%,平均感染率為4.5%。通過對(duì)不同種群感染的Wolbachia中wsp序列比對(duì)及系統(tǒng)樹構(gòu)建分析,在桃蛀螟中發(fā)現(xiàn)了5種Wolbachia亞型,分別命名為wPunl—wPun5,分屬于A組的Uni、Dro亞組,以及B組的Div、Con亞組。此外,本研究在采自
