1、第33卷第3期大豆科學(xué)VoI_33No.32014拄6月S0YBEANSCIENCEJun.2014大豆根際高效溶磷菌株的分離及溶磷能力分析王浩,姜妍,劉偉,李遠明,于佳,王紹東(東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)國家大豆工程技術(shù)研究中心,黑龍江哈爾濱150028)摘要:采用無機磷合成培養(yǎng)基從大豆根際分離到223株細菌,其中能夠產(chǎn)生明顯溶磷圈的菌株47株,且在土壤中添加1%Ca,(PO):有利于篩選獲得具有高效溶磷能力的菌株。對菌株的溶磷量進行測定,測得菌株的溶磷量為51.64—199.20mg·L~,對溶磷能力最強的菌株SR95進行平板傳代,并不斷提高培養(yǎng)基中Ca(
2、P0)含量,可使菌株的溶磷量從199.20mg·L提高到243.71mg·L~。對分離到溶磷能力較強的13株菌進行16SrDNA部分序列測定,經(jīng)在線比對并構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹,發(fā)現(xiàn)其分布在7個不同種當(dāng)中,其中溶磷能力最強的菌株SR95為成團泛菌,這在以往研究中未見報道。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆;根際;溶磷菌;溶磷能力中圖分類號:$565.1文獻標識碼:ADOI:10.11861/j.issn.1000.9841.2014.03.0404IsolationandAnalysisonAbilityofPhosphateDissolvingBacteriainRhizo

7、ssolvingbacteria;Phosphatedissolvingability磷是植物生長所必需的三大營養(yǎng)元素之一,土已有大量研究表明,在植物根際有大量的溶磷壤中磷素的供給量也是農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量的重要限制因菌(phosphatedissolvingmicroorganisms,PSM),能夠子。隨著我國人口及經(jīng)濟的不斷增長,對磷肥的消將土壤中難溶性磷轉(zhuǎn)化為可以被植物吸收利用的費量也在逐年遞增,但是磷肥的利用率較低,具有有效磷,與此同時溶磷菌還能夠分泌促進植物生長易固定難移動的特點,大部分可溶性磷肥施入土壤的調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì),改善植物根際營養(yǎng)_3J,提高
