2、生芽再生的影響;并將大豆的整體子葉節(jié)應(yīng)用于農(nóng)桿菌介導(dǎo)的遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化研究。結(jié)果表明:9種激素組合中以MSB+3.0mg·L6-BA+0.1mg·LIBA+0.5mg·LKT最適合周豆02005叢生芽的誘導(dǎo),而MSB十3.5mg·LI16一BA+0.2mg·L。。IBA+0.2mg·LKT最適宜周豆11、周豆18和中黃2O的叢生芽誘導(dǎo);4個(gè)大豆基因型中,以中黃2O的叢生芽數(shù)最多;叢生芽用于誘導(dǎo)生根時(shí),IBA為0.8mg·L~、NAA為0.8—1.0mg·L時(shí)較適合大豆生根,其中以中黃20生根數(shù)最多。以中黃20整體
