1、第32卷第3期大豆科學V0l_32No.32013仨6月S0YBEANSCIENCEJun.2O13華南地區(qū)夏播大豆品種鎘耐性及籽粒鎘積累的差異趙云云,鐘彩霞,方小龍,馬啟彬,年海,楊存義(華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學農(nóng)學院/國家大豆改良中心廣東分中心,廣東廣州51o642)摘要:通過污染土壤盆栽對11個華南地區(qū)主栽的夏大豆品種在夏播條件下鎘(Cd)耐性和籽粒Cd積累的差異進行了比較。結(jié)果表明:在Cd處理條件下11個大豆品種的生物量和籽粒干重均比對照有不同程度下降,且品種間差異顯著,綜合考慮相對生物量和籽粒干重指標,桂夏豆2號、巴西3號是耐性品種,華夏3號、桂M32、巴西15、桂早1號和埂青82是中等
2、耐性品種,而巴西10號、福豆234、華夏4號和中黃24是敏感品種。同時發(fā)現(xiàn)在Cd處理條件下品種間籽粒cd濃度存在顯著性差異,其中華夏3號、桂M32籽粒濃度較低,而中黃24籽粒cd濃度最高。相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),籽粒Cd濃度與籽粒、地上部(籽粒除外)和根的相對干重的相關(guān)性不顯著,而與地上部(籽粒除外)Cd濃度顯著正相關(guān),表明籽粒Cd積累與cd耐性是由各自獨立的遺傳機制控制。關(guān)鍵詞:華南;夏播大豆;鎘耐性;鎘積累中圖分類號:$565.1文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1000-9841(2013)03-0336-05GenotypicDiferencesinToleranceandAccumulation
