2、2(bcl-2)、bc12相關(guān)x蛋白(bax)及核因子一KB(NF—KB)蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果黃芪多糖和順鉑單藥對(duì)食管癌EC9706細(xì)胞的增殖呈濃度依賴性的抑制作用,聯(lián)合組誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡率為41.3%,高于單藥黃芪多糖組的18.7%及單藥順鉑組的27.6%(P<0.05);黃芪多糖能下調(diào)EC9706細(xì)胞中bcl一2、NF'KB蛋白的表達(dá),灰度值分別為179.22-4-12.47、131.664-18.83,對(duì)照組灰度值分別為142.11±13.35、140.214-14.75,上調(diào)bax蛋白的表達(dá),其灰度值為185.5
