1、華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于協(xié)同預(yù)測的VMI補(bǔ)貨問題研究姓名:趙菁申請學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師:劉志學(xué)20080427華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要在當(dāng)今全球化的競爭環(huán)境中,競爭的模式已由企業(yè)間的競爭向供應(yīng)鏈間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)換,因而供應(yīng)鏈管理的應(yīng)用越來越普遍,其目標(biāo)是通過貿(mào)易伙伴間的密切合作,以最小的成本提供最大的客戶價(jià)值,強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)應(yīng)該將有限的資源用以持續(xù)提高自身的核心競爭力。在此背景下,供應(yīng)商管理庫存這一新的供應(yīng)鏈管理策略應(yīng)勢而生。然而隨著對(duì)VMI研究的不斷深入,其存在的一些缺陷和問題也逐漸暴露出來。本文首先對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述
2、與回顧,闡述傳統(tǒng)的VMI補(bǔ)貨策略所存在的缺陷與問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)和補(bǔ)貨決策出現(xiàn)失誤的根本原因是供應(yīng)商缺乏與零售商的整體協(xié)同與集成。在此分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過吸收CPFR中協(xié)同預(yù)測的理念,將原有的VMI補(bǔ)貨策略中僅由供應(yīng)商單方參與的預(yù)測過程改進(jìn)為由供應(yīng)商和零售商雙方協(xié)同進(jìn)行,以已有的信息共享為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)一步共享雙方未來的業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃(如零售商的促銷計(jì)劃),雙方共同解決預(yù)測過程中出現(xiàn)的異常情況,從而使得供應(yīng)商對(duì)未來需求預(yù)測的不確定性減少,預(yù)測的結(jié)果更為準(zhǔn)確。在供應(yīng)商和零售商建立起緊密的協(xié)同合作關(guān)系后,通過構(gòu)建適應(yīng)于VMI模式下的協(xié)同預(yù)測流程與
