2、還原分離方法,將原礦中鐵的氧化物還原為鐵單質(zhì)粉末通過磁選分離回收,將水鋁石礦物轉(zhuǎn)化為鋁酸鈉溶出分離回收.通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了還原溫度、還原時(shí)間、Na2CO3用量和還原劑用量對(duì)粉末鐵品位、鐵回收率和氧化鋁溶出率的影響,并用X射線衍射分析、掃描電鏡觀察和能譜分析等方法研究了反應(yīng)的過程和機(jī)理.通過正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),獲得的最優(yōu)條件為還原溫度1150℃,還原時(shí)間45min,Na2CO3用量40.47%,還原劑用量11.9%;在最優(yōu)條件下,粉末鐵品位為95.88%,鐵回收率為89.92%,氧化鋁溶出率為75
