2、針組,每組10只。采用長期慢性不可預知應激刺激結合孤養(yǎng)的方法造模,大鼠共接受21d不同的刺激,造模的同時電針組給予干預治療,鋇4定各組大鼠Open—field行為學評分,治療結束后應用ELISA法檢測大鼠血清ACTH、CORT含量的變化。結果與空白組相比,模型組血清ACTH、CORT含量顯著升高(P<0.01);與模型組相比,電針組血清ACTH、CORT含量顯著下降(P<0.O1)。結論電針“百會”“神門”“太沖”穴可下調(diào)血清CORT和ACTH含量,其作用機制可能與針刺調(diào)節(jié)下丘腦一垂體一腎上腺(HPA)軸的功能有關?!娟P鍵詞
