2、性較差。通過對NCBI網(wǎng)站GenBank發(fā)表的CPV-2基因組序列的分析,選擇該病毒VP2基因保守序列設(shè)計引物,通過對陽性病料擴增及擴增產(chǎn)物測序,與NCBI發(fā)表的相關(guān)基因?qū)Ρ龋葱栽?9.8%100%,成功建立了特異性、靈敏度高的PCR方法,最低只需2.5PgDNA模板。在對28例可疑CPV病例檢測中,本方法檢出25例陽性、3例陰性,陽性率為89.28%;膠體金檢測板檢測出20例陽性、8例陰性,陽性率為71.42%,證實PCR方法比膠體金檢測更敏感。關(guān)鍵詞:犬細小病毒;PCR;檢測方法中圖分類號:$852.655文獻標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:2095.3704(2013)04.0399.04Est
