1、中華實(shí)驗(yàn)外科雜志2014年3月第31卷第3期ChinJExpSurg,March2014,V..·6l3··實(shí)驗(yàn)研究·包芯結(jié)構(gòu)骨支架修復(fù)兔橈骨缺損王闖建張春霖吳學(xué)建朱旭李瑩嚴(yán)旭【摘要】目的采用骨髓基質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(BMSCs)復(fù)合包芯結(jié)構(gòu)骨支架修復(fù)兔橈骨缺損。方法成骨誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)3周的BMSCs與包芯結(jié)構(gòu)骨支架復(fù)合構(gòu)建細(xì)胞支架復(fù)合體(A組),BMSCs/聚乳酸羥基乙酸(PLGA)/[3磷酸三鈣([3-TCP)復(fù)合體(B組)、空白缺損(C組)作為對(duì)照。采用兩因素隨機(jī)區(qū)組設(shè)計(jì)植入36只兔(72側(cè))橈骨1.5cm缺損部位,術(shù)后l2、24、48周取材,進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果大體觀察、
