2、(PE)保鮮袋、打孔聚乙烯保鮮袋包裝和不包裝處理。通過分析營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)、抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化物質(zhì)含量等指標(biāo)的變化,探討包裝方式對(duì)藍(lán)莓采后貯藏品質(zhì)及抗氧化活性的影響?!窘Y(jié)果】藍(lán)莓果實(shí)在低溫貯藏條件下,采用PE保鮮袋包裝能有效防止果實(shí)失水、延緩硬度和可溶性固形物(TS8)的變化,并能較好維持果實(shí)抗氧化性能,但對(duì)可滴定酸含量變化無顯著影響?!窘Y(jié)論】采用不同包裝方式對(duì)藍(lán)莓貯藏品質(zhì)存在明顯差異,其效果依次為:不打孔PB袋>打孔PE袋>無膜包裝。關(guān)鍵詞:藍(lán)莓;包裝;貯藏品質(zhì);抗氧化活性EfectofPackagingonthePostharvestQualityandtheAntioxidantActiv
