2、凈化,毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法(火焰光度檢測器)測定甲基對硫磷殘留量,計(jì)算清除率。結(jié)果血液中甲基對硫磷濃度較低時(shí),4種吸附劑均有較高的清除率;隨著毒物濃度增加,清除率下降,但三菱化學(xué)SP825樹脂的清除率優(yōu)于其它3種吸附劑。當(dāng)每毫升血甲基對硫磷加標(biāo)量為30#g,吸附劑用量80mg時(shí),三菱化學(xué)SP825樹脂、HA230樹脂和AnberliteXAD16樹脂清除率接近,分別為98.6、97.0和98.2,呈現(xiàn)平臺(tái)趨勢;而包膜活性炭120mg用量時(shí).清除率可達(dá)96.0,并可出現(xiàn)近似呈現(xiàn)平臺(tái)現(xiàn)象,表明對甲基對硫磷的清除已近完全結(jié)論4種
