2、凈化，毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法(火焰光度檢測器)測定甲基對硫磷殘留量，計(jì)算清除率。結(jié)果血液中甲基對硫磷濃度較低時(shí)，4種吸附劑均有較高的清除率；隨著毒物濃度增加，清除率下降，但三菱化學(xué)SP825樹脂的清除率優(yōu)于其它3種吸附劑。當(dāng)每毫升血甲基對硫磷加標(biāo)量為30#g，吸附劑用量80mg時(shí)，三菱化學(xué)SP825樹脂、HA230樹脂和AnberliteXAD16樹脂清除率接近，分別為98．6、97．0和98．2，呈現(xiàn)平臺(tái)趨勢；而包膜活性炭120mg用量時(shí)．清除率可達(dá)96．0，并可出現(xiàn)近似呈現(xiàn)平臺(tái)現(xiàn)象，表明對甲基對硫磷的清除已近完全結(jié)論4種
