1、4廣東農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)2014年第17期不同種衣劑濃度對(duì)玉米萌發(fā)及生理的影響李紀(jì)白,王翠玲,董普輝,韓贊平,付國(guó)占,張澤民(河南科技大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,河南洛陽(yáng)471003)摘要:采用盆栽試驗(yàn)、田問(wèn)試驗(yàn)與室內(nèi)分析相結(jié)合的方法。研究了大紅袍、紅衣服兩種種衣劑藥種比分別為1:20、1:30、1:40時(shí)對(duì)玉米雜交品種科大16出苗、苗期性狀及生理指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同種衣劑處理后均降低了種子的發(fā)芽勢(shì)、發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽指數(shù),且種衣劑濃度越大影響越顯著;種衣劑對(duì)苗期玉米生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響較大,玉米苗期的株高、根長(zhǎng)、鮮重、葉面積都有所增加,各處理干重較空白對(duì)照差異
2、顯著;不同濃度種衣劑對(duì)玉米生理指標(biāo)的影響較大,各處理的葉綠素、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量均比對(duì)照下降,差異顯著,降幅與藥劑濃度呈正相關(guān),而各處理可溶性糖含量比對(duì)照升高,差異顯著。通過(guò)測(cè)定苗期植株體內(nèi)SOD、POD、CAT活性及MDA含量,了解幼苗的逆境生理,結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)不同種衣劑不同濃度處理苗期POD、SOD、CAT活性增強(qiáng),增幅與藥劑濃度正相關(guān);各處理MDA含量比對(duì)照升高,差異顯著,與種衣劑濃度顯著相關(guān)。不同藥劑不同濃度處理后對(duì)粗縮病防治效果顯著,其中增產(chǎn)效果最大的是紅衣服按藥種比1:30拌種處理,增產(chǎn)率為15.8%;增產(chǎn)效果最小的
