1、中圊患學(xué)c曼攉2014,30(11):11—15ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin珍禽貴妃雞體尺性狀和血液生理生化指標(biāo)的測(cè)定與分析李乃賓,楊芬霞,杜炳旺,陶林,陳潔波(廣東海洋大學(xué)動(dòng)科系,廣東湛江524088)摘要:為給珍禽貴妃雞的人工飼養(yǎng)繁殖、健康狀況檢測(cè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)等提供科學(xué)的參考數(shù)據(jù)和理論依據(jù),本試驗(yàn)對(duì)12周齡貴妃雞進(jìn)行體尺性狀和血液生理生化指標(biāo)測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:(1)公雞活重極顯著高于母雞(P<0.01),龍骨長(zhǎng)、脛圍和脛長(zhǎng)顯著高于母雞(P<0.05),體斜長(zhǎng)高于母雞,沒(méi)有達(dá)到顯著水平(P>0.05);(2)
2、血液生理生化:公雞紅細(xì)胞分布寬度(RDW)顯著高于母雞(P<0.05),其他血液生理指標(biāo)差異不顯著(P>0.05)。公雞的羥丁酸脫氫酶(指標(biāo)顯著高于母雞(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)和尿酸(UA)指標(biāo)顯著低于母雞(0.05),堿性磷酸酶(ALe~指標(biāo)極顯著低于母雞(P<0.01),其他血液生化指標(biāo)差異不顯著>0.05)。貴妃雞的血液生理生化指標(biāo)具有相對(duì)穩(wěn)定性,這一結(jié)果能為貴妃雞選育、健康狀況、疾病防治和飼養(yǎng)管理提供參考,同時(shí)結(jié)果表明貴妃雞具有較好的抗病及抗應(yīng)激能力。關(guān)鍵詞:貴妃雞;體尺性狀;血液生理指標(biāo);血液生化指標(biāo)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):$831文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)
