1、林業(yè)科學(xué)研究2014,27(4):502~507ForestResearch文章編號(hào):1001—1498(2014)04-0502-06云南藍(lán)果樹(shù)對(duì)種子萌發(fā)及幼苗生長(zhǎng)的自毒效應(yīng)張珊珊,向振勇,康洪梅,楊文忠(國(guó)家林業(yè)局云南珍稀瀕特森林植物保護(hù)和繁育重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,云南昆明650201)摘要:云南藍(lán)果樹(shù)為中國(guó)特有極度瀕危一級(jí)保護(hù)植物,為探討云南藍(lán)果樹(shù)瀕危機(jī)理并進(jìn)行有效保護(hù),通過(guò)野外原位實(shí)驗(yàn)和室內(nèi)受控實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,研究云南藍(lán)果樹(shù)對(duì)種子萌發(fā)及幼苗生長(zhǎng)是否有自毒效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:野外條件下,云南藍(lán)果樹(shù)的種子萌發(fā)受野外枯枝落葉和自身種皮的顯著抑制;室內(nèi)受控實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)
