3、esoftheextrudedanddifferentheat—treatedbarswereanalyzedbytransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)andenergydispersivespectrometryrEDS).Grainsizeofthecompositespreparedbytwo-stagesolutionissmallerthanthatbysingle-stagesolution.Aftersingle-stagesolutionagingtreatment,fineprecipitate
4、sofbothandA1ZnMgCu—richphasecanbefoundbothintragranularlyandintergranularly.Ⅵ,11ileafterthetwo—stagesolution.a(chǎn)namorphousSi-Cu—A1一Or5nm)layerappearsattheinterface.TheadditionofNiandZrmodifiedtheinfluenceofthetwo.stagesolutionandinhibitedthegrowthofthe7090/SICpcompositegrainsi
