2、海水產(chǎn)研究所,上海200090;2.上海海洋大學(xué)海洋科學(xué)學(xué)院,上海201306)摘要探討在低鹽度脅迫下鯔(Mugilcephalus)幼魚鰓絲Na+_K+_ATP酶活性、Na+_KATP酶8亞基mRNA表達量變化以及對鰓絲組織顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響.結(jié)果表明:在鹽度分別為2O(對照組),15,10,5和0實驗條件下,2Od后各低鹽度組鰓絲Na一K一ATP酶活性均高于對照組;0和5鹽度組鰓絲Na一K一ATP酶活性在實驗過程中表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)上升的趨勢,前期升高幅度大,后期升高幅度減??;10和15鹽度組鰓絲Na一K一AT
3、P酶活性在15d后達到峰值,至20d呈現(xiàn)小幅下降趨勢.鰓絲NaKATP酶8亞基mRNA表達的變化趨勢與Na一K-ATP酶活性的變化趨勢基本保持同步,顯示出了其對Na一K一ATP酶活性的調(diào)控作用.對鰓絲顯微結(jié)構(gòu)觀察的結(jié)果顯示,隨著鹽度的降低,鯔幼魚鰓小片逐漸變寬,伴隨間距縮小,同時泌氯細胞數(shù)量逐漸減少,體積縮小,扁平細胞體積增大,黏液細胞數(shù)量增多.這表明在低鹽度脅迫下鯔幼魚鰓的生理功能和組織結(jié)構(gòu)具有隨外界水體鹽度變化的適應(yīng)能力.關(guān)鍵詞鯔幼魚;鹽度;鰓絲;Na一K一ATP酶;Na一K一ATP酶G亞基mRNA
