1、墨Q=2軸承2013年8期17—22CN41一l148/THBearing2013,No.8..I工藝與裝備圓錐滾子超精研導(dǎo)輥擋邊形面分析高作斌,陳世友,馬偉(1.西北工業(yè)大學(xué)機(jī)電學(xué)院,西安710072;2.河南科技大學(xué)機(jī)電_-5程學(xué)院,河南洛陽(yáng)471003)摘要:基于圓錐滾子貫穿式超精研中導(dǎo)輥擋邊與滾子球基面之間的幾何關(guān)系以及相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)和摩擦特點(diǎn),分析了導(dǎo)輥擋邊的理想形面,將其軸向廓形簡(jiǎn)化為直線(xiàn)并作為設(shè)計(jì)廓形,給出了簡(jiǎn)化廓形直線(xiàn)傾斜角度計(jì)算公式;基于專(zhuān)用導(dǎo)輥磨床磨削擋邊時(shí)擋邊與砂輪之間的幾何及運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,分析了擋邊的磨削形面,給出了磨削形面方程及軸向廓形方程。結(jié)合算例進(jìn)行磨削軸向廓形的數(shù)值分

7、e;numericalanalysis圓錐滾子錐面的無(wú)心貫穿式超精研一般是精和貫穿驅(qū)動(dòng)及姿態(tài)控制的作用J。近年來(lái),高性密圓錐滾子的最后一道加工工序,對(duì)保證滾子表能軸承及其所用高精度滾子受到重視J,圓錐滾面質(zhì)量、凸度和圓度等技術(shù)要求具有重要作用。子的加工質(zhì)量成為制約我國(guó)高性能圓錐滾子軸承導(dǎo)輥在超精研加工中起到對(duì)滾子進(jìn)行支撐、回轉(zhuǎn)制造的瓶頸,導(dǎo)輥設(shè)計(jì)與加工的重要性也13益突出。目前對(duì)圓錐滾子超精研導(dǎo)輥的研究側(cè)重于導(dǎo)收稿日期:
