2、,并給予20s的恢復(fù)期。與經(jīng)典掐尾實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果:烏拉坦麻醉大鼠的掐尾實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)軌驅(qū)⒑qR場電位從”大不規(guī)則波”(LIA)變成theta波。LIA到theta的轉(zhuǎn)變通常只需1s,掐尾結(jié)束后3s后theta返回LIA。光刺激造成了在5-8s后LIA消失,光刺激撤離后4-6sLIA返回,并沒有引發(fā)theta。結(jié)論:本文結(jié)果提示視覺通路與觸覺通路有不同的優(yōu)先級和行為特性。關(guān)鍵闐:大鼠;海馬;節(jié)律;光刺激中圖分類號:Q95.33文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼A文章編號:1673—6273(2012)15—2839.03Eff
