1、哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文高壓軟開關(guān)充電電源硬件設(shè)計摘要電源對于所有用電設(shè)備是必不可少的。開關(guān)電源取消了傳統(tǒng)電源采用的笨重的工頻變壓器,使得電源的體積大大縮小。電源中的電力電子器件工作在開關(guān)狀態(tài),使整機效率很高。由于它具有體積小、重量輕和效率高的優(yōu)點,因而發(fā)展非常迅速,應(yīng)用范圍日益擴大。本文簡要介紹了開關(guān)電源的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理以及其發(fā)展狀況和技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢,并對開關(guān)電源的分類和優(yōu)缺點進行了闡述。本文還介紹了減小開關(guān)電源體積和開關(guān)損耗的技術(shù)——軟開關(guān)技術(shù)。在前面知識的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文利用諧振開關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)計了一臺給高壓脈
2、沖電容充電的高壓軟開關(guān)電源。在諧振開關(guān)技術(shù)中最適合給脈沖電容充電的電路是串聯(lián)諧振開關(guān)電路,輸出近似為恒流源或稱“等臺階充電”,突出的優(yōu)點是充電效率高且電路本身具有短路保護能力。整個裝置利用DSP實現(xiàn)電路的控制、PWM信號形成及電路的保護。由于采用了全數(shù)字的控制,充電的穩(wěn)定度很高。裝置的開關(guān)頻率是20kHz,屬于高頻,因此使得每次開關(guān)所充的電量較小,這大大提高了充電的精度。關(guān)鍵詞開關(guān)電源;軟開關(guān);充電-III-哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文High-pressuredSoftSwitchChargePowerSource
