1、哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文高壓軟開關(guān)充電電源硬件設(shè)計(jì)摘要電源對(duì)于所有用電設(shè)備是必不可少的。開關(guān)電源取消了傳統(tǒng)電源采用的笨重的工頻變壓器,使得電源的體積大大縮小。電源中的電力電子器件工作在開關(guān)狀態(tài),使整機(jī)效率很高。由于它具有體積小、重量輕和效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因而發(fā)展非常迅速,應(yīng)用范圍日益擴(kuò)大。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了開關(guān)電源的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理以及其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并對(duì)開關(guān)電源的分類和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述。本文還介紹了減小開關(guān)電源體積和開關(guān)損耗的技術(shù)——軟開關(guān)技術(shù)。在前面知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文利用諧振開關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)給高壓脈沖電容充電的高壓軟開關(guān)電源。在諧振開關(guān)技術(shù)中最適合給脈沖電容充電的電路是串聯(lián)諧
