2、,當(dāng)CaCl~濃度為10mmol·L時,麻瘋樹幼苗根長、株高、莖粗、鮮質(zhì)量、于物質(zhì)積累等生長指標(biāo)的處理效果最好,與空白處理(CK)相比,分別增加了43.5%、48.5%、18.1%、10.9%和30.1%;CaCl2濃度為30mmol·L的浸種處理效果其次,在此濃度下麻瘋樹幼苗的電導(dǎo)率最低(比cK降低26.70%),各指標(biāo)與cK相比,差異均達到顯著水平。因此,濃度為10、30mmol·L的CaC1溶液浸種處理均能顯著提高麻瘋樹幼苗抗寒能力,緩解低溫對麻瘋樹幼苗的傷害。關(guān)鍵詞:麻瘋樹幼苗;外源鈣;低溫脅迫;幼苗生長中圖分類號:s723.131.
