1、2013年l2月20日第22卷第24期中I虱藹·藥物研究·Vo1.22,No.24,December20,2013ChinaPharmaceuticalsDrugResearch四逆散對應(yīng)激性肝tiP'l"鼠的保護(hù)作用機(jī)制研究郭青文,何銀,何蓉蓉(1.江西省遂川人民醫(yī)院,江西吉安343900;2.暨南大學(xué),廣東廣州510632)摘要:目的利用小鼠拘束應(yīng)激負(fù)荷模型評價(jià)四逆散湯劑的疏肝解郁作用,并通過檢測應(yīng)激性激素水平以及和肝臟炎癥、氧化水平的變化探討其可能的作用機(jī)制。方法建立小鼠拘束應(yīng)激肝郁模型,測定血漿丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、天門冬酸氨
2、基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、皮質(zhì)酮(CORT)水平,檢測肝組織激素受體(GR)基因表達(dá)水平、抗氧化能力指數(shù)(ORAC)、丙二醛(MDA)水平、一氧化氮(NO)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)及谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH—Px)的活性。結(jié)果與模型組相比,四逆散能顯著降低應(yīng)激小鼠血漿ALT和AST水平,并能降低拘束負(fù)荷小鼠血漿CORT水平和肝組織NO及MDA水平,提高ORAC水平、SOD及GSH—Px活性。結(jié)論四逆散的疏肝解郁作用可能與緩解應(yīng)激負(fù)荷引起的肝損傷有關(guān),其保護(hù)機(jī)制與抑制應(yīng)激負(fù)荷引起的炎癥發(fā)生以及氧化損傷作用有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:四逆散;疏肝解郁;拘束
