2、EC組,NECGin組4組,每組12只。對照組予鼠乳代乳品人工喂養(yǎng);Gin組采用鼠乳代乳品~HGln喂養(yǎng);NEC組鼠代乳品喂養(yǎng)并于每天早晚予缺氧及冷刺激,連續(xù)3d,建立NEC模型;NECGln組在建立NEC模型的同時,給予鼠乳代乳品~1]Gln喂養(yǎng)。采用免疫組化法檢測新生鼠腸道PCNA的表達。結(jié)果與對照組和Gln組相比,NEC組和NECGin組的一般情況較差、體質(zhì)量負增長,腸黏膜細胞出現(xiàn)炎性浸潤,腸黏膜充血水腫,固有層分離,重者可見腸絨毛脫落、消失。對照組、Gin組、NEC組和NECGin組的PCNA陽性表達指數(shù)分別為34.17土5.78、34.42士5.38、15.00±1.94、3
3、0.67±3.14,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(H=24.32,P<0.OO1)。NEC組PCNA陽性表達指數(shù)分別低于對照組、Gin組和NECGln組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(尸’<0.008);對照組、Gin組和NECGin組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義’>0.008)。結(jié)論發(fā)生NEC時,PCNA表達量降低;補充Gin可上調(diào)PCNA的表達量,加快腸黏膜修復。關鍵詞:谷氨酰胺;壞死性小腸結(jié)腸炎;增殖細胞核抗原;大鼠TheeffectofglutamineontheexpressionofPCNAinintestinaltractofnewbornratswithnecrotizingenterocoliti
