1、154中華災害救援醫(yī)學2015年3月第3卷第3期ChineseJournalofDisasterMedicine，Vo1．3，No．3，March，2015硫酸鎂聯(lián)合丹參注射液治療妊娠中晚期羊水過少的臨床研究周傳亞，孫秀麗，文彩玲，楊海寧。【摘要】目的觀察硫酸鎂聯(lián)合丹參注射液等靜脈補液治療妊娠中晚期羊水過少的療效。方法將390例妊娠中晚期因羊水過少于筆者所在醫(yī)院住院治療的患者隨機分為3組：治療組和對照組A、對照組B，各130例。治療組采用硫酸鎂聯(lián)合丹參注射液等靜脈補液，對照組A采用復方丹參注射液等靜脈補液，對照組B則采用單純補液，治療周期皆為1個療程(7d)，記錄治療后
2、三組的羊水指數(shù)、妊娠結(jié)局及新生兒情況，以判斷療效。結(jié)果治療組、對照組A與對照組B的治療總有效率分別為86．18％、54．46％及33．08％，三組總有效率有統(tǒng)計學差異(P<0．001)，兩兩比較均有統(tǒng)計學差異(P<0．001)。三組妊娠結(jié)局不同(P<0．001)，兩兩比較均不同(P=0．039，P<0．001，P<0．001)。三組新生兒窒息率無顯著性差異(P=0．361)。結(jié)論硫酸鎂聯(lián)合丹參注射液等靜脈補液治療妊娠中晚期羊水過少療效較好，值得推廣。【關(guān)鍵詞】羊水過少；硫酸鎂聯(lián)合丹參注射液；羊水指數(shù)【中國圖書分類號】R714Clinicalstudyonmagnesiu
