1、第42卷第9期東北林業(yè)大學學報Vo1.42No.92014年9月JOURNALOFNORTHEASTFORESTRYUNIVERSITYSep.2014銅鎘單一及復合脅迫下大花萱草對銅鎘的富集特征)關(guān)夢茜董然(吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學,長春,130118)摘要通過盆栽試驗研究了大花萱草(Hemerocallismiddendo頓)在cu、cd單一及cu—cd復合脅迫下其生長反應和富集特征。結(jié)果表明:cu、cd單一及Cu—Cd復合脅迫下大花萱草體內(nèi)Cu、Cd的積累量均隨脅迫積累量的升高而增加:同一部位的cu積累量變化
2、表現(xiàn)為cu—cd復合脅迫高于cu單一脅迫,cd對Cu的吸收產(chǎn)生協(xié)同作用;同一部位的Cd積累量變化表現(xiàn)為cu—cd復合脅迫低于cd單一脅迫,cu對cd的吸收產(chǎn)生拮抗作用;Cu、Cd單一及Cu—Cd復合脅迫下大花萱草的富集系數(shù)與對照相比.均隨其脅迫質(zhì)量分數(shù)的升高呈現(xiàn)先增加后減小的趨勢,且在Cu100mg·kg~、Cd0.3mg·kg~、Cd1mg·kg和Cu100mg·kg+CdO.3mg·kg質(zhì)量分數(shù)脅迫下地上和根部的富集系數(shù)大于1:cu、cd單一及cu—cd復合脅迫下大花萱草的轉(zhuǎn)移系數(shù)則均隨其脅迫質(zhì)量分

8、seonCu.KeywordsHemerocallismiddendorffii:Cu:Cd:Enrichment近年來.由于人類不合理的生產(chǎn)活動,使我國部菜作物_8等。分地區(qū)土壤出現(xiàn)了一定程度的重金屬污染,且往往萱草(Hemerocallisspp.)又稱金針、忘憂草,為是幾種重金屬的復合作用_1]。銅和鎘是我國土壤百合科(Liliaceae)萱草屬(Hemerocallis)的多年生宿中普遍存在并且危害性較強的重金屬。土壤中過量根草本花
