2、7000摘要:管道泄漏通常會(huì)造成管體的變形和破壞,利用金屬磁記憶技術(shù)可有效檢測由于泄漏而造成的管道應(yīng)力集中。針對(duì)含有干擾噪聲的非穩(wěn)態(tài)磁記憶信號(hào)泄漏點(diǎn)特征信息提取,提出一種基于希爾伯特黃變換的信號(hào)分析方法。該方法首先利用經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解(EmpiricalModeDecomposition,EMD)將磁記憶信號(hào)分解成本征模式函數(shù)(IntrinsicModeFunction,IMF((f))),分離和提取曬(分量并對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行重構(gòu),然后通過對(duì)重構(gòu)信號(hào)的Hilbert包絡(luò)譜進(jìn)行分析,可以達(dá)到提取管道泄漏點(diǎn)特征信息的目的。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,
3、該方法不受管道壓力、泄漏量等參數(shù)的影響,能夠有效提取管道泄漏點(diǎn)的特征信息,具有很好的泄漏點(diǎn)識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率?,F(xiàn)場檢測結(jié)果表明,利用該方法對(duì)油氣管道泄漏點(diǎn)的定位誤差小于士1.0m,驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:金屬磁記憶;希爾伯特一黃變換;埋地金屬管道;泄漏點(diǎn)檢測;定位StudyonLeakageDetectionandLocalizationofUndergroundPipelinesBasedonMetalMagneticMemoryYangYong,WangGuanjun,SunDong,LiuYanguo,JiJieTec
