2、。將小鼠隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、LPS組和貝母辛+LPS組。觀察各組小鼠血清LDH、MDA含量,肺組織病理學(xué)改變,肺泡灌洗液上清總蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及其分類計(jì)數(shù)。結(jié)果LPS處理小鼠可明顯上調(diào)血清LDH、MDA表達(dá)(P<0.01);LPS組肺組織病理學(xué)顯示:氣道上皮脫落,氣道內(nèi)有粘液分泌,肺泡結(jié)構(gòu)呈實(shí)變,有大量炎癥細(xì)胞滲出;LPS組肺泡灌洗液上清總蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)明顯高于正常對(duì)照組(P<0.01)。貝母辛組均可有效降低急性肺損傷小鼠血清的LDH、MDA的表達(dá)(具有劑量依賴性),高劑量貝母辛組可明顯減輕LPS所致肺組織病理學(xué)變化,減少粘液分泌;降低肺泡灌洗液中總蛋白、白細(xì)胞總數(shù)及
